How do I delete my Juno account?

You can delete your account directly in the Juno app.

How it works

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm deletion (you may be asked twice).
4. Optionally tell us why – that helps our small team.

What happens?

• Your account is deleted permanently.
• Memories, photos and videos for this account are removed – unless another family member remains: then your memories are transferred to that member.
• If you still have an active Premium subscription via the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there separately.

If you only need a break, you can simply stop using the app or turn off push notifications – without deleting the account.
