With Juno Premium you can request a data export in the app under Family. You’ll get an email with a structured download of your memories including photos and videos.

With Juno Premium you can download your memories in a structured format.

How it works

Open Family in the app.
Tap Export memories.
Tap Request data export.

When the export is ready, you’ll get an email with the download. It includes your memories plus references to photos and videos.

Notes

Export is a Premium feature.
Media download links may only be valid for a limited time – save the files promptly.
Export isn’t a replacement for a printed memory book, but it’s ideal for backup or further use.

Without Premium you’ll see a notice in the app and can learn more about Premium benefits.
