How do I invite family members?

Under Family you can invite by email. Invitees share your memories – with Premium only one person pays. Optional read-only access is available.

In the Juno app you can add a partner, grandparents and others to your family.

Open Family.
Tap Invite family member.
Enter the email address and choose the relationship.
Optionally enable Read-only access if the person should only view memories – not create or edit them.
Send the invitation.

They receive an email with a registration link. You can resend or cancel invitations that haven’t been accepted yet.

If one person in the family has Premium (or the Carefree Package), it covers the whole family. Invitees don’t need their own subscription.

Family members can be removed again. Memories usually stay with the family account; the removed person starts with their own family.
