How do I order my memory book – and how long does shipping take?

Orders are placed in the web book creator at books.junoapp.co. Printing is handled by our print partner.

Order flow

1. Open your book (status Draft) and tap Order now.
2. Choose the format (Standard or XL) and whether you want QR codes for videos (Premium only).
3. Confirm sharing the required data with the print partner.
4. In the next step choose the paper option (hardcover or layflat) and complete payment.

Your book then changes to status Ordered. You’ll get a confirmation email with the order number.

Requirements

• At least 24 pages (including cover and back)
• At most 400 pages (hardcover); layflat max. 80; XL only under 200 pages
• For older drafts you may need to sync first

Delivery time

• Production: about 5 days
• Shipping afterwards: about 5–7 business days (outside holidays and peak seasons)

Important

Until the final shipping confirmation, please don’t delete memories or media in the app that appear in the book.
