How do videos and audio appear in my printed memory book?

At checkout, choose QR codes for videos and audio. Each included video gets its own QR code; the audio recording of a memory appears as a compact card with its own code. If there is only audio, only its audio QR code is printed.

Scan a code with your smartphone to watch the video or listen to the recording. Audio opens in your browser without an app or sign-in. Anyone with the audio code or link can listen.

Without the QR option, the audio card is omitted from print. The recording remains available in the Juno app. You choose the QR option once for the book; it adds a print surcharge. Your files are stored on Juno servers in Germany.

Adding a recording requires Juno Premium. Each memory can have one recording up to ten minutes long. Read more: Save a voice recording.
