Why does the date of my memory change as soon as I upload a photo or video?

Once you upload a photo or video to a reminder, we ask you if you want to automatically set the date of your reminder to the date of the photos or videos. This is so that you don’t have to leave the app to check when a photo or video was created when you add reminders. You can of course change the date of the reminder manually, or set it to today by simply tapping “Today”.
