Why can’t I upload videos?

Videos are a Juno Premium feature. The free version lets you save photos and stories.

With Premium, add up to 20 photos and videos combined per memory. Each video can be no longer than 120 seconds.

If Premium is active but an upload fails, check whether the memory already contains 20 items and whether your video meets the length limit. For further help, contact support@junoapp.co.
