How long will my photos and videos be stored?

If you use Juno for free, we reserve the right to delete your uploaded photos with prior notice if you have been inactive for an extended period of time. If you have a premium subscription, your photos and videos are guaranteed to be saved for as long as you have a premium subscription with us. When you print memory books, you can optionally add a QR code for each video you want to include, which you can then scan with your smartphone and then watch your video. Because your privacy and data protection are very important to us, we store these videos on our secure German servers and don’t ask you to upload them to Youtube, Vimeo or similar like other providers do. This security will cost you a few euros once when you print your book. In return, you have our guarantee that your videos will be stored in accordance with data protection laws and will be available forever.
